By uniting hospital workers, the trade union actively participates in improving the organization and remuneration of labor, raising the standard of living of hospital workers, enhancing the effectiveness of public oversight in the sphere of social and labor relations, and ensuring the right of citizens to health and safe working conditions established by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
